Sara Westrop I would like a refund. Yet again the order you sent me was wrong. The necklace was snapped in half. The tea brooch was again not in it. And the Nan ring was the wrong design. I appreciate how busy you have been with moving, babies etc but I am fed up as this has been going on since October. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and love your jewellery but I am really saddened by the lack of any communication or apology and have been put off buying from you again.
