Hi Everyone!
So sorry i haven't been online for the past 2-3 weeks, ive been moving house and somehow the moving dates got mixed up and my internet was cut off a week earlier than it should have been, so any last minute prep i needed to do before i went offline went out the window!
Ive been using our local library (20miles away) and as its been half term, the small amount of computers that the library has have been taken up by bored kids looking up what guns they want (no joke! actually got scared at one point! haha)
But im finally back online with a fresh new mind. I know that there are certain areas with clutterfly that need a lot of attention and all of your feedback,,,,good AND bad.....has not fallen on deaf ears.
The areas that have been brought to our attention are the following -
*Quicker response times in regards to emails - This is something we are always trying to work on, As im the only one who checks them, they can be put to the bottom of the pile of things to do as we have so many other business related things going on. As just an example i can get up to 100 emails a day so its not a case of a couple of emails i can reply to in 10 mins.BUT im going to pull my finger out and set aside time to check your emails, so that no-one feels that we dont care...because we care about every last one of you!
*Quicker Turn around times - I feel that our current system takes to long and that it means some customers are waiting to long for orders. Heres our current system, just so you can understand our current waiting times.....
MONDAY -
Nat - Admin Day, Emails New orders to beth
Beth - posts orders from the previous week to me and sorts out new orders
TUESDAY
Nat - I receive unfinished orders. Items are varnished, glittered and assembled, Emails New orders to beth
Beth - Makes orders
WEDNESDAY
Nat - Orders are packaged ready to post, Emails New orders to beth
Beth - Makes Orders
THURSDAY
Nat - Orders are posted, Emails New orders to beth
Beth - Paints Orders
FRIDAY
Nat - Admin Day, Emails New orders to beth
Beth - Packages orders ready to send to me,
SATURDAY
Day Off - Unless there are urgent orders
SUNDAY
Day Off
So thats our current system, We take our time scales from other hand made jewellery companies such as Tatty Divine which can take up to 14 working days to process an order. Everything is hand made to order, whether its sale items or standard items.
If you think you have any suggestions on how we can improve our current system please let us know, welcome all feedback and take every suggestion seriously.
So thats me for the moment, i just wanted to let you know whats going on and shed some light on what we plan to do over the next few weeks / months to try and improve clutterfly.
