As EVERYTHING is handmade to order please allow 14 working days (i.e. Monday-Friday excl Bank Holidays) for Domestic orders . We endeavour to ship items before the stated times but this is due to demand. If your orders exceeded the stated times contact us using the contact form and we will check the status of your order.
Also check your email account for correspondence from us. If you have ordered a custom item but not informed us of Text specifications your order WILL NOT be processed until the date we receive the information.
Even though we want your jewellery to last forever, please be aware that it is just costume jewellery and unlike diamonds may not be around to see the next ice age :(

We are always on the lookout for fab new up and coming designers, we can assure you that we will NOT try to copy your ideas and designs. We prefer to stock handmade items as we feel they offer something personal and truly unique! If you think that your products would fit in as well as our feet in a pair of Vivienne Westwood heels then send us an email using the contact form telling us a little bit out yourself and your products and any web address, facebook/myspace profile.
We Sponsor Events but It all depends on how busy we are and if we think that our products and your event will work well. Fill out our contact form with any details of your event.
