All postage costs are quoted by the Royal Mail. 10%percent of the prices include our Packaging costs.
At Clutterfly we appreciate that buying over the internet has its problems too! We ensure that your shopping with us is problem free! Should your Purchase be faulty we can repair or exchange within 10 days from receipt of item/s received. We cannot issue a refund for any other reasons.
--Earrings and other such jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene purposes. Custom Items will not be refunded or exchanged unless faulty Therefore if you would like to ask any further questions before buying please feel free to use our contact form
--For any order cancelled after already processed or shipment returned without prior written authorization or for no reason other than a packing error or proven defective goods,
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and shipped back at customers expense. All claims must be made and received within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
--Damage due to excessive wear, improper care, or prolonged display will not be considered for credit.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
--ALL OTHER ITEMS
We must be notified via email or post within these 7 days otherwise repairs cannot be permitted and exchange cannot be guaranteed. Please return the item/s together with the delivery note/invoice, write on the note/invoice the reason for returning. We would advise you either return guaranteed delivery (at a cost to yourself) or get proof of postage free from your local post office. The description of the problem should be accurate on the returns form otherwise a refund will not be permitted (i.e more damage than stated.
--Please note that should an item not reach us we are not held responsible and as a result will not be able to reimburse you. We aim to refund you within 4 days of receipt of returned item, although this is not always possible i.e Bank holidays etc.
--The returned item must be returned back to us in the same state as when reached you. Clutterflys definition of same state is that it must be unworn or unused and have all labels attached. The refund will not include refund of postage.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that our jewellery is nickel-free. Also some items may differ, i.e. charms, size and colour as everything is handmade so please clearly state your preferences.

Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery once you have received your shipped status update. Please be aware that we retain all proof of postage. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of any missing orders and we will do everything we can to track your missing order.
If any item gets damaged whilst in the care of the Royal mail we will need to be notified IMMEDIATELY. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to exchange or fix any broken item.
We deliver to all of the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand. Clutterfly Jewellery classes all of UK as England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland highlands and Islands only.
This Policy does not apply to any custom items which are exempt from the right to cancel.
--You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please email or write to us.
--You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
--If you cancel you MUST return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
--If you fail to return the goods, we may collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
--On cancellation We will refund you within 30 days.
--This cancellation does not affect your legal rights.
